Click Clinic does one thing: it lets people in Australia request an assessment for a medical certificate for work, study or carer’s leave without leaving home.
Our story
Click Clinic was set up with a simple aim: to make it easier for Australians to get the documentation they need when they’re unwell.
Getting a medical certificate can mean taking more time off work, travelling to a clinic while you’re sick, or waiting for an appointment. We wanted to remove those barriers.
Today Click Clinic focuses on one service: online assessments for work, study and carer’s leave certificates by Ahpra-registered nurse practitioners.
How we work
- Every request is assessed by Ahpra-registered nurse practitioners, who may ask for more information, decline a request, or recommend seeing a GP in person.
- A certificate is issued only when the practitioner considers it clinically appropriate.
- Certificates are dated from the day you apply and are never backdated.
- $35 for single or multi-day certificates, completed typically within 48 hours.
What we don’t do: emergency care, ongoing treatment or physical examinations. If you’re seriously unwell, call 000 or see a doctor in person.
